Welcome to Revnoo. These Terms Of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Revnoo Membership Program (“Membership”), operated by Revnoo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering as a member, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership in available to individuals of all ages. However, individuals under the age of 18 are required to obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent prior to becoming a member. By registering for a membership, parents or guardians expressly acknowledge and consent to providing such approval for children under 18, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
• Some deals may involve age-restricted products or services. Please see Section 5 for details on your responsibilities regarding restricted substances.

2. Program Description

• Revnoo provides access to deals.
• Deals are available at participating businesses (“Partners”), including restaurants, retailers, service providers, and other local establishments.
• Members can browse available deals through the Revnoo platform.
• Deals must be redeemed in person by visiting the participating partner locations.

3. Revnoo Is Not a Seller or Service Provider

• Revnoo is not a restaurant, food provider, or seller of goods or services.
• We do not prepare, deliver, or serve food, drinks, or any other items offered by Partners.
• Revnoo does not control the pricing, portion sizes, quality, or service levels of any Partner.
• Any disputes regarding product quality, service, charges, or experience must be resolved directly with the Partner.
• If you encounter issues with a Partner or deal redemption, please report the issue, so we can investigate.

4. Deal Terms and Redemption

• Deals are only valid when the member is physically present at the participating Partner's location, unless otherwise stated.
• Each deal is subject to Partner-specific terms and conditions.
• Deals are valid only while supplies last or until the stated expiration date.
• Revnoo makes no guarantees regarding the availability or continuity of any deal.
• All deals are provided at the sole discretion of participating Partners. Display in the Revnoo system does not guarantee deal eligibility or redemption.
• Partners reserve the right to modify, deactivate, or remove any deal at any time, even if it is currently visible in the system. Revnoo supports and respects the Partner's right to make such decisions.
• If a Partner leaves the Revnoo program, their deals may become immediately unavailable, regardless of prior visibility in the system.

5. Alcohol, Cannabis, and Restricted Substance Disclaimer

• Some Partners may offer deals on alcoholic beverages or other restricted substances (e.g., cannabis, where legally allowed).
• Revnoo is not responsible for the availability, service, sale, or consumption of any such substances.
• Members consuming or purchasing restricted substances do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and age restrictions.
• Revnoo is not liable if a member under the legal age obtains, purchases, or consumes alcohol, cannabis, or any other regulated product at a participating Partner.
• The responsibility for age verification and legal compliance lies solely with the Partner or service provider.
• Revnoo will not be liable for any consequences, damages, or legal issues arising from the misuse, illegal purchase, or underage consumption of such substances.
• It is the member's responsibility to verify local laws regarding the purchase and consumption of restricted substances before redeeming any related deals.

6. Member Responsibilities and Conduct

• Your membership and QR code are personal and non-transferable.
• You agree to comply with all instructions provided by the Partner at the time of redemption.
• Misuse of your membership (e.g., fraud, harassment, tampering with deals) may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership.

7. No Endorsement or Warranty

• Inclusion of a Partner in the Revnoo platform does not constitute an endorsement by Revnoo.
• Revnoo makes no warranties regarding the safety, legality, or quality of the services, products, or premises of any Partner.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Revnoo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Membership or interaction with any Partner.
• This includes, without limitation, food-related illness, allergic reactions, overcharges, alcohol or substance misuse, lost data, or dissatisfaction with service or product quality.

9. Termination

• Revnoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at its sole discretion, with or without cause or notice.
• In the event of termination, you may lose access to any active or accumulated deals, and no further redemptions will be allowed.

10. Privacy and Data Use

• Revnoo may collect and store data related to your visits, redemptions, and preferences to enhance your experience.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use your data.
• Revnoo will ensure that all data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Modifications to the Program

• Revnoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership program or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of your membership after changes to the Terms signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If the program is terminated, members will lose access to any current deals or benefits, and no further benefits will be available.

12. Accessibility Statement

Revnoo is committed to improving accessibility for all users. While we currently do not offer full accessibility support, we are actively working to enhance our platform over time. If you experience any difficulty accessing our content or services, please contact us at help@revnoo.com, and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

13. Glossary of Terms

• Member: An individual who registers for the Revnoo Membership Program to access regular and exclusive deals and promotions at participating businesses.
• Partner: A business, including restaurants, retailers, service providers, or other local establishments, that participates in the Revnoo platform and offers deals to members.
• Deal: A special offer or promotion available to members at participating Partners. Deals may include discounts, limited-time offers, or other incentives redeemable at Partner locations.
• QR Code: A scannable code provided to Members that is used to identify them and enable the redemption of deals at participating Partner locations.
• Restricted Substances: Products or services that are subject to legal restrictions, such as alcoholic beverages or cannabis. These substances may only be legally consumed or purchased by individuals who meet the applicable age and legal requirements.

14. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revnoo, its affiliates, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
• Your use of the Revnoo platform and services;
• Your violation of these Terms of Service;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Any content you submit or transmit through the platform, including but not limited to violation of privacy or data protection laws;
• Any interactions or disputes with Partners or other users.
• This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your membership or these Terms of Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Revnoo platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Revnoo platform immediately.

16. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Brampton, ON.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brampton.
